On a difficult sloping site WAX is currently
witnessing the fruits of its labour as construction is underway on a
residential development in Beaumont. In collaboration with Summit Landscapes
and Chasecrown Architects, the design for the sloping rear of the site creates
a series of living spaces. Juxtaposing the natural grade, linear stone walls
are creatively located to interrupt the gradient and craft usable levels for
the client. Three distinct levels allow for larger entertaining, intimate
seating and productive opportunities through the elegant response to the site.
